Your role: at the heart of the chain

Main functions

• Health and safety
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Enforce work methods and safe behaviors within the team.
• Conduct safety audits and warehouse inspections.
• Ensure everyone adheres to safety standards.
• Intervene in emergencies as needed.
• Supervise truck unloading, ensure team efficiency, and apply safety measures.
• Leadership and team support
• Motivate and lead sorters; be their point of reference.
• Mentor and support package sorters during the sorting process.
• Coach and supervise sorters, including training new hires.
• Respond quickly to change requests and unexpected events.
• Forward special files to supervisors or managers.
• Perform assigned related tasks.
• Operations and workflow management
• Support sorting, scanning, and package processing supervision (including defective items and returns).
• Configure sorting layout.
• Help sort packages and envelopes as needed.
• Assign workforce and manage workforce deployment as needed.
• Perform data entry as needed.
• Shipping and receiving
• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Unload and load pallets.
• Manage driver credentials, bill of lading exchange, and secure docking.
• Warehouse organization
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Any other related tasks
• Work environment:

Fast-paced warehouse with shift-based hours.
