Diogène Suivi Communautaire – Montreal
We are growing… and we are looking for two new people to grow with us.
At Diogène Suivi Communautaire, we believe that every person has strengths, abilities, and a potential for development.
For over 35 years, we have been supporting people living with serious mental health issues, often in situations or at risk of homelessness, so they can regain a sense of agency and build a life that suits them.
Our growth today allows us to expand our team.
We are therefore looking for two passionate psychosocial workers to join the Toit d’abord service.
About the Toit d’abord service
The Toit d’abord service supports people who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of doing so, so they can access permanent housing and, most importantly, stay in it.
Inspired by the Housing First approach, our intervention is based on a simple belief: housing is an essential foundation for recovery, stability, and regaining a sense of agency.
The people we support face serious mental health issues, substance use, poverty, and social isolation.
Support is provided directly in the living environment and is adapted to the needs, choices, and pace of each person.
