Technical Assistant in Pharmacy

Main responsibilities under the supervision of the pharmacist.

• Welcome patients with courtesy and professionalism.
• Receive and process prescriptions.
• Perform data entry in the pharmacy software.
• Preparation and administration of vaccines.
• Prepare prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist.
• Prepare pill organizers (Dispill) and ensure their compliance.
• Manage renewals and modifications of treatments.
• Answer phone calls and follow up on requests.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Prepare medication orders and deliveries.
• Receive, verify, and shelve supplier orders.
• Manage inventory, expiration dates, and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory.
• Participate in the daily operation of the pharmacy.
• Provide a warm, efficient, and professional customer service.
• Respect policies, procedures, and confidentiality norms.
• Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
