Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Advisor plays a key role in supporting managers and employees. They contribute to all HR activities, from consulting and operational support to participating in various strategic projects related to talent development, employee experience, and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Your challenges:

• Act as a partner-consultant to managers by supporting them with their daily HR issues and operational teams;
• Be the go-to person for employees regarding HR questions, internal policies, and workplace relations;
• Participate in various HR projects related to employee experience, change management, and continuous improvement of practices and processes;
• Manage sick leave files and contribute to health, well-being, and employee mobilization initiatives;
• Support recruitment activities for certain positions, if needed;
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening the employer brand and attracting talent;
• Maintain complete and up-to-date HR files while providing a quality service focused on collaboration, support, and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a generalist human resources role;
• Ability to navigate an operational environment while acting as a credible partner-consultant to managers;
• Excellent relational skills, sense of judgment, and collaborative approach;
• Interest in HR project management and continuous improvement of practices;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate Excel for data analysis and processing;
• Experience with a human resources information system (HRIS) and recruitment platforms (ATS);
• Functional English (written and spoken) required to support employees across Canada;
• CRHA/CRIA certification, an asset.
