Conditions
- 5-day schedule, between 22.5 and 32.5 hours per week, depending on the position.

Responsibilities
- Write the integration plan, in collaboration with the recommendations of professionals.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, the pedagogical advisor, and various interveners, to help the child progress.
- Implement the support plan, according to the orientation of the CPE.
- Plan and prepare educational support and accompaniment activities.
- Observe the child and analyze the evolution of their needs, in support of their development.
- Support the concerned educator in the appropriation of tools related to the intervention plan.
- Maintain a daily log of the more specialized interventions carried out.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children.
- Perform various tasks related to their functions and those of educators, as needed (may be called to take breaks and care periods for a group).
- Prepare and store the used materials.
- Attend team meetings and training.
- Respect the policies in place at the CPE and the code of ethics.
- All other related tasks.
This position requires a great deal of autonomy, a keen sense of organization, and a strong ability to adapt.
Remuneration
The salary conditions will be established according to the scales of the Ministry of Family.
Under the supervision of the deputy director, you will be responsible for the education, hygiene, health, safety, and general well-being of the children, ensuring their overall development and guaranteeing their physical and emotional safety.
Desired Profile
- College diploma in Specialized Education Techniques, or equivalent recognized by the Ministry of Family, or currently in training.
- In-depth knowledge of the daycare services environment.
- Enthusiasm for working in a stimulating and enriching environment.
- Proven teamwork skills, with relational abilities, autonomy, and creativity.
