Working alongside our field teams, here are the tasks you'll be responsible for as a Paving Foreman:

Under the supervision of the superintendent, you will be assigned to paving projects. Specifically, as a foreman, you will:

  • Manage the work team;
  • Monitor, coordinate, and plan team activities;
  • Establish work methods to meet execution schedules;
  • Coordinate supply of asphalt from the plants;
  • Place daily orders for trucks and fuel;
  • Track progress of work;
  • Ensure compliance with the health and safety prevention program.

You are the person we are looking for

  • Hold valid CCQ cards;
  • Have a valid health and safety course card for construction sites;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Possess a valid driver's license.

  • Be able to work as a team;
  • Vigilance regarding health and safety at work (H&S).
