Application Delivery Manager-FR

The Regulatory Data Enterprises and Automation Development Team is an application development team whose mission is to evolve or implement technological solutions to support Desjardins' Enterprise Banking sector customer base. Our determination and commitment are our driving force. Our work is cross-functional and typically involves multiple Desjardins teams and various technologies. We are looking for an experienced Application Delivery Manager (ADM) to help us with the delivery of our projects, enhancements, and maintenance work. In this role, you will oversee the management of material, temporal, technological, and human resources within the framework of solution evolution projects and operational squads for which you will be responsible in order to achieve the set objectives. You will define and coordinate the action plans required to meet the requested milestones. More specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Planning the deliverables of the application and technological axis, taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders, and alignment with other projects as well as with internal or external squads to the direction.
• Developing the risk analysis, determining the impacts and mitigation strategies to manage the risk level of the application and technological axis.
• Performing functional supervision and coordination of contributors involved in the delivery.
• Ensuring team performance, quality control of work, identification of standards, methods, and procedures to be applied within the framework of the projects.
• Coordinating all deliverables of the application and technological axis in accordance with the agreed agreements, costs, and deadlines, and ensuring performance and consistency with the established guidelines.
• Managing, in collaboration with the project manager, when applicable, the requested changes, experimentation of solutions, and implementation strategy relevant to the application and technological axis. Ensuring the availability of the application layer of the infrastructure platforms.

What you will bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, project management, or a relevant discipline
• Minimum of six years of relevant experience in project management with IT teams
• Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• French language proficiency required
• Expertise in delivering multiple technological projects simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum framework
