THE POSITION: YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US

Working closely with our Maintenance Supervisor, your role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our buildings. You'll be our go-to for preventive maintenance and our quick fix for minor issues!

Your Main Responsibilities

• Perform first-level preventive maintenance tasks
• Replace parts on simple equipment and machines
• Complete required records and reports
• Carry out simple emergency repairs requested by the Hotel
• Conduct daily building inspection rounds
• Perform any other related tasks as established by the supervisor

What We're Looking For in You

• Experience in a similar role (a big plus!)
• Basic knowledge of building mechanics (an impressive asset!)
• Good physical fitness and a willingness to move around (see details below)
• Excellent problem-solving skills (you always find a solution!)
• You're self-sufficient, organized, versatile, and proactive: we can trust you!
• You have a team spirit and enjoy collaborating
• NOTES (FOR YOUR COMFORT AND SAFETY):

The position requires working mostly on your feet or while walking, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting weights (up to 20 kg and more) frequently. You may also work in high temperatures (frequent/occasional) depending on the intervention sites.
