Responsibilities Associated with the Position Include

• Conducting inspections of residential and agricultural buildings for municipal evaluation purposes;
• Conducting investigations and inspections to validate and verify real estate transactions;
• Performing various other tasks necessary to maintain, create, and update evaluation inventories and records;
• Performing various other tasks such as studies and analyses in support of the management.

Requirements and Skills Sought

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in real estate evaluation technology or building estimation technology;
• A profile close to the training requirements may be considered by completing a training program offered by the organization;
• Be interested in expanding your knowledge in the field of evaluation;
• Have knowledge of construction techniques and different materials;
• Hold a valid driver's license and a car;
• Have a concern for detail, good organizational skills, and analytical ability;
• Computer proficiency.
