Carange Solutions is a Quebec-based company specializing in the integration of artificial intelligence with public and private organizations. We develop Munia, a conversational AI assistant designed for municipal teams, enabling the automation of repetitive tasks, enhancing citizen communications, and optimizing local service management.

Our mission: to make AI accessible, useful, and ethical for Quebec municipal administrations.

We are looking for a creative, organized, and passionate digital communication specialist to join our growing team. Reporting to the leadership, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and execution of Carange Solutions and our flagship product, Munia.

Main Responsibilities

• Generate and publish engaging content on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to promote Carange Solutions and Munia
• Write and send regular newsletters to our community of clients, partners, and subscribers
• Create and update messages and content on our website
• Plan, organize, and coordinate educational webinars on AI and the conceptualization of digital solutions for organizations
• Coordinate all marketing activities: editorial calendar, campaigns, performance tracking
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing tools and materials
• Ensure a consistent brand presence across all communication channels
• Desired Profile
• Education in marketing, communication, or a related field
• Experience in social media management and digital content creation
• Excellent writing skills in French (English is a plus)
• Strong interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation
• Autonomy, creativity, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools, marketing emails (emailing), and content creation tools (Canva, Mailchimp, or equivalents)

• Competitive salary between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience
