For our partner Théo Gosselin, located in Laval, we are looking for a Technical Advisor passionate about automobiles and motivated by sales and customer service.

The Technical Advisor is primarily responsible for selling tires and mechanical services and providing after-sales service to the branch's clientele.

Here are the responsibilities that will be entrusted to you

• Welcome customers and identify their tire needs;
• Provide advice during tire purchases and conclude sales;
• Assist mechanics in diagnosing vehicle problems;
• Place part orders in the computerized system;
• Ensure the quality of work performed by conducting road tests;
• Promote other company services during customer visits;
• Answer telephone calls regarding technical questions about tires or the progress of ongoing work;
• Prepare an estimate of the work to be performed on the vehicle;
• Invoice customers according to the work orders performed on the vehicles;
• Perform cash register closing procedures and produce daily reports.

Success Factors

• Technical Knowledge: Your minimum 3 years of experience in the sales or advisory service field, along with your extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, provide the necessary assets to perform these functions;
• Customer Service Orientation: You have charm and an impeccable sales sense, always placing the customer's needs at the heart of your actions;
• Interest in the Automobile Industry: Passionate about this field, you demonstrate good knowledge of mechanical principles and tires and strive to improve them constantly;
• Time Management: You are able to manage deadlines and make thoughtful decisions quickly;
• Bilingualism: You communicate perfectly in English and French and can provide sales and advisory services in both languages.

• Compensation: Up to $75,000 per year

Experience

• Mechanical Technical Advisory: 3 years (Mandatory)
• License/Certificate:
• Valid Canadian work permit (Mandatory)
