Postal Counter Manager

You will be responsible for performing sales transactions of postal products and services while ensuring courteous and efficient customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the inventory level of postal products, receiving the mail bag and mailbox keys, preparing the day's shipments, etc. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous training of the postal counter team, placing merchandise orders, balancing inventory, resolving customer issues, etc.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a similar position and be recognized for the quality of their customer service, maturity, and punctuality.
Must be proficient in both French and English, both spoken and written.
Location: 1315 Boulevard de la Concorde Ouest, Laval, Quebec H7N 5Y4
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour
