The mandate is part of a transformation program aimed at accelerating the implementation of AI and Generative AI use cases. The initiative aims to support business sectors in data monetization, the development of high-value analytical solutions, and the evolution of data and AI capabilities needed for their deployment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and analytical solutions tailored to the goals of the served sectors.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify, document, prioritize, and refine data, process, and system-related needs.
• Participate in the detailed design, evolution, and continuous improvement of technological and analytical solutions.
• Act as an intermediary between business teams, technical teams, and data specialists to ensure a common understanding of requirements.
• Contribute to the management and prioritization of product backlogs in an Agile context.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, business rules, processes, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities for improving work methods, operational processes, and data monetization tools.
• Provide post-implementation support, incident tracking, and problem resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses and formulate recommendations based on data to support strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business partners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Rigor, intellectual curiosity, and results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of data monetization principles, functional analysis, and Agile approaches.
• Experience in data, analytics, or AI project support.
• Knowledge of data tools and technologies such as SAS, Power BI, and modern analytical platforms.
• Knowledge of Databricks and experience with Jira are assets.
• Knowledge of AI and Generative AI concepts is an asset.
