Inventory Manager

We are currently recruiting an inventory manager for our accounting department. We are looking for a colleague who is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Here is the challenge we propose to you as an inventory manager within the accounting team:

• Ensure the daily management of inventories, be responsible and accountable for them.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of the inventory team.
• Manage inventory adjustments and ensure the traceability of corrections.
• Ensure the disciplinary follow-up of employees under your responsibility, in collaboration with human resources and management.
• Ensure internal and multi-level communication related to inventories.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of inventory processes and internal controls.
• Manage discards (rejects, losses, etc.) according to the applicable procedures.

You stand out because…

• You have good experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehousing (manufacturing or food sector is a plus).
• You have good team supervision skills.
• You are proficient in Word, Sage 300, and Excel.
• You have good communication skills (French and English).
