HR Technician

Are you passionate about recruitment and human resources? We are looking for our next colleague ready to contribute to attracting top talent and supporting the various activities of our human resources department.

In the context of a maternity leave replacement (with the possibility of extension), you will play a key role in recruitment and HR support processes. You will collaborate with managers to attract the right candidates, participate in the various stages of recruitment, and contribute to the smooth running of the department's activities.

With your sense of organization, your professionalism, and your human approach, you will contribute to providing quality support to employees and managers, while participating in various HR projects and initiatives.

Recruitment and Integration

• Participate in staffing processes (posting of positions, CV screening, coordination of interviews);
• Ensure a positive, fast, and professional candidate experience;

Employee Experience

• Coordinate, plan, and implement internal events (e.g., social activities, themed days, recognition initiatives);
• Listen to employees and propose concrete actions to improve their daily lives;
• Collaborate with managers to strengthen a company culture focused on safety, respect, and sustainability.

Required Skills

• Post-secondary diploma in human resources management or relevant experience;
• Good mastery of French both orally and in writing;
• Good knowledge of social media and knowledge of WordPress, an asset;
• Flexibility to manage changing priorities;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse teams.
