With the support of the general management and the board of directors, you will have the following main responsibilities:
- After receiving quotes, plan, coordinate, and follow up on various jobs;
- Maintain existing client (approximately 10 clients, including forestry groups) and supplier relationships;
- Supervise and manage a team of approximately 17 people during the summer season, including a forestry technician and a team of forestry workers;
- Perform budget management and tracking of operations;
- Participate in board of directors meetings.
We offer the following working conditions
- Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week;
- Hourly wage between $34.05 and $39.12 depending on experience;
- Work-life balance (flexible working hours and remote work permitted when possible outside the summer season);
- Presence in various offices (La Patrie, Coaticook, Cowansville) is required according to operational needs;

You will be a great fit if you have
- A bachelor's degree in forest engineering and are a member of the OIFQ;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in private and/or public forestry and team management in the forestry industry;
- Knowledge of applied forestry and the context of private and public forests;
- Proficiency in computer tools, such as the Office suite and QGIS;
- Own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license
