Don't have experience in the maritime industry? That's okay! Our internal onboarding and training program will help you get comfortable with your duties on the ship and obtain the necessary certifications. As an essential link in the smooth operation of the ship, your responsibilities include...

...participating in the operation of the ship by primarily performing mooring, berthing, loading, and unloading vehicles, performing maintenance work on the ship, and ensuring the safety of passengers, according to the Canadian Merchant Marine Act.

Your salary and benefits will be ✓ Deckhand hourly rate 23.71$/h ✓ Applicable bonuses on hourly rate (evening 5%, night between 11%, weekend 12.5%, trainer 7%) ✓ Indemnity of 13.12% to 15.12% paid for certain social benefits
