JOB IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD IN BROMONT!

We are currently looking for a BILINGUAL Customer Service Agent to join our great team.

• Full-time position (32 to 39 hours/week), permanent

Here are the details of the position

• Respond to customer calls and emails in a courteous manner (no solicitation or sales);
• Maintain customer relationships by answering questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
• Verify the content of credit margin requests in the computer system;
• Route completed files to the analyst team;
• Contact clients by email and phone to obtain the necessary documents for the credit margin request;
• Perform data entry in the computer system.

The desired profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the customer service field. Experience in call centers (an asset);
• Bilingualism, both orally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of computer tools
• Availability on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm
• Efficiency, diligence and resourcefulness.
