Client Experience Coordinator

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for our residents. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring an exceptional customer experience in line with our company's values.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors warmly upon their arrival at the building.
• Respond to resident requests professionally and courteously, in person, by phone, or by email.
• Ensure security by verifying the identity of visitors and registering them according to established procedures.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them to residents efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Manage move-ins, move-outs, and possession transfers.
• Coordinate unit repairs (tracking with contractors, communication with tenants).
• Manage bookings for common areas.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are essential.
• Proficiency in all necessary software, including MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Sharp sense of customer service and ability to provide high-quality customer experiences.
• Ability to handle complaints from tenants.
• Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team member.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
