Position: Assistant Manager

• Location: Saint-Sauveur
• Hours: Day, evening, or weekend shifts

Join our dynamic team at Tim Hortons! We are looking for motivated Assistant Manager(s) with the following responsibilities:

• Supervise employees during work shifts
• Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons standards
• Participate in scheduling and operations management
• Assist with inventory and order management
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist in employee training
• Quickly resolve operational issues and customer complaints
• Participate in achieving performance and profitability goals for the restaurant

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership and strong communication skills
• Sense of organization and priority management
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Ability to motivate and lead employees
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
• Proficiency in French and English
