• YOUR ROLE

The front desk agent accompanies the guest from arrival to departure. They ensure that a high level of customer service is provided at all times, in accordance with the chain and banner standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and register guests upon arrival and handle their departure in an efficient and professional manner.
• Take, modify or cancel reservations and inform guests of the hotel's policies.
• Transmit information regarding room status, VIPs, priorities, early or late departures and guest requests to other departments.
• Verify and adjust charges to guest accounts, while being responsible for cash transactions.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Initiative, attention to detail and autonomy.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and work with computer systems.
