As a Customer Service and Administrative Agent, Online Brokerage, you provide professional and efficient service in response to client requests, in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures and the regulations of the securities industry. You handle customer needs, gather and analyze information, and process requests while ensuring the required follow-ups. You provide customer support and contribute to maintaining business relationships. Mastery of interpersonal relationships becomes an essential skill. You leverage your ability to achieve results. More specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Performing routine operational tasks related to opening new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
- Handling the administrative aspect of account management, such as service requests (issuance of checks or direct deposits, currency conversion, transfers, processing emails, exchanges of goods and contributions to the RÉER, etc.), while respecting deadlines and established productivity and quality standards.
- Proactively managing customer requests.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communications with various stakeholders.
- Identifying operational risks and contributing to the search for improvements related to team activities.
- Ensuring compliance with the firm's policies, standards, and procedures and those of regulatory bodies.

What you bring to the table
- College diploma (DEC technical) in an appropriate discipline
- At least one year of relevant experience in the securities industry
- Please note that other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced intermediate English proficiency due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with anglophone partners, members, or clients (level 4)
