The Reservation Agent, reporting to the Revenue and Reservations Manager, is responsible for managing reservation requests, advising clients on our products and services, and ensuring an exceptional experience from the first contact.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to reservation requests by phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process, modify, and cancel reservations according to established procedures.
  • Inform clients about rooms, suites, packages, culinary experiences, and hotel services.
  • Identify clients' needs and recommend the most suitable products.
  • Maximize revenue through suggestive selling and promotion of complementary services.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information related to reservations, clients' preferences, and the establishment.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.
  • Perform administrative follow-ups related to reservations and payments.
  • Follow up with travel agents.
  • Verify commissions.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Tourism, hospitality, or related field education, or relevant experience.
  • Experience in customer service or hotel reservations, an asset.
  • Excellent French and English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to provide professional service in a high-end environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Sales and communication skills.
