Main Tasks and Functions

  • Receive and analyze financial aid requests (FLI, FLS, PAUPME): verify eligibility, write the analysis report, and submit the recommendation to the investment committee.
  • Inform clients of the committee's decision and follow up on accepted dossiers.
  • Regularly monitor active portfolios and initiate collection procedures in case of default.
  • Support colleagues in startup, growth, and prospecting dossiers for financial strategy and financial structuring.
  • Promote the services of Joliette MRC and develop relationships with local, regional, and institutional partners.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or finance, or any combination of education and experience deemed relevant.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise financing, credit analysis, or entrepreneurial support.
  • Knowledge of programs and organizations, e.g., SADC, Investissement Québec, BDC, DEC, etc.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate the financial viability of a project.
  • Analytical rigor, team spirit, organizational sense, integrity, and discretion.
