Business Analyst - Enterprise Applications

The person occupying this position plays a key role in the evolution and optimization of enterprise solutions by acting as a partner to the business sectors. Reporting to the Director of IT, Transformation and Optimization of Enterprise Solutions, they contribute to the improvement of processes, the analysis of business needs, and the implementation of solutions that meet the organization's strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs, issues, and operational objectives.
• Analyze, document, and translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements.
• Participate in the analysis and optimization of business processes by recommending value-creating solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and evolve enterprise solutions.
• Participate in functional testing, validate implemented solutions, and support users in their adoption.
• Contribute to the prioritization of initiatives and the continuous improvement of applications supporting the company's operations.

Desired Profile

• Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, information technology, or a related field.
• Possess five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise solution management.
• Have a solid understanding of business processes and their impact on operations.
• Have experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements as well as process modeling.
• Experience with enterprise solutions such as ERP, POS, OMS, WMS, CRM, Finance, HR, or digital platforms is an asset.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with business partners and technology teams.
• Be recognized for your analytical mindset, customer-oriented approach, and ability to propose solutions that foster value creation.
• Be able to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing.
