Your Role:

• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Payable team by fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Supervise the entire Accounts Payable cycle, while having the agility to roll up your sleeves during peak periods or to resolve complex cases
• Drive the strategic vision of the service by optimizing processes, maximizing the use of technological tools, and strengthening internal controls
• Ensure rigorous tracking of performance indicators (KPIs) and guarantee the accuracy of month-end and management reports
• Serve as a key partner to plant directors, procurement, and strategic suppliers to address major issues

Qualifications

• DEC in administrative techniques, finance option, any relevant experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including 2 years in management
• Intermediate/advanced English because you will need to interact with anglophone colleagues
• Experience in a large company and manufacturing sector
