Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced HR specialist to contribute to implementation and optimization projects of HRIS solutions, primarily on the Dayforce platform. The selected candidate will bring their functional HR expertise to configure and optimize processes related to human resources, time management, payroll, benefits, and talent management. Experience with Dayforce is a significant asset. However, candidates with strong HR experience combined with experience on other HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM/EBS, or ADP will also be considered.

• Job Functions and Responsibilities
• Analyze and optimize HR and payroll processes;
• Advise clients on best practices in HR and payroll;
• Participate in understanding requirements, designing, and configuring the Dayforce solution;
• Participate in functional testing and deployment activities;
• Train and support users on Dayforce;
• Administer and contribute to the evolution of practices on the Dayforce system.

Qualifications Required to Succeed in this Role

• Technical Skills:
• University degree in human resources, administration, or related field;
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in human resources or HR system implementation;
• Mastery of Canadian and Quebec HR practices;
• Good understanding of HR, payroll, time management, talent, or benefits processes;
• Experience with an HRIS solution (Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM/EBS, UKG, ADP, or equivalent);
• Experience in HR transformation projects or system implementation is an asset.
• Behavioral Skills:

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particulars of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $70,000 and $135,000. This position is currently vacant.
