HRIS Business Analyst (Dayforce)

We are currently seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to contribute to the implementation and evolution of the Dayforce solution. The selected individual will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, analyze, and optimize HR and payroll processes. They will actively participate in needs analysis, functional configuration, testing, and user support within the framework of digital transformation projects for HR systems. Experience with Dayforce is a significant asset, but we are also open to candidates with strong experience on other HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM/EBS, or ADP, who wish to expand their knowledge and develop their Dayforce expertise.

• Job Functions and Responsibilities
• Analyze business needs and HR and payroll processes of clients;
• Translate functional requirements and link them to Dayforce functions;
• Participate in discovery, design, and configuration workshops;
• Contribute to testing strategies, functional validation, and user acceptance;
• Support users in adopting new solutions;
• Produce functional documentation and business processes;
• Participate in continuous improvement activities of the Dayforce solution.
• Required Qualities for Success in this Role
• Technical Skills:
• College or university degree in a relevant field;
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in HRIS;
• Experience with at least one HRIS platform (Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM/EBS, ADP, or equivalent);
• Good understanding of HR, payroll, time management, talent, or benefits processes;
• Experience in needs collection and analysis;
• Experience in implementation or digital transformation projects.

• Ability to communicate functional and technical concepts.

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particulars of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $70,000 and $135,000. This position is open.
