The Talent Acquisition \& Recruitment Operations Advisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment activities. This individual ensures that job postings, processes, and systems—particularly the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)—are effectively managed to provide a seamless experience for the Talent team, hiring managers, and candidates alike.The incumbent actively contributes to recruitment mandates through sourcing activities, conducting interviews, and providing support to both the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Acting as a central point of coordination, this individual helps the broader team collaborate, stay organized, and work efficiently through structured and well-managed processes.

Their work enables the team to operate more efficiently and directly contributes to the quality of the candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Among your main responsibilities, you will:* Manage the day-to-day administration of the ATS and ensure the integrity and quality of the data contained within it.
- Create, post, and monitor job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate administrative activities related to talent acquisition to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Conduct talent sourcing activities across multiple platforms and build pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Perform screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, motivations, and overall fit for opportunities.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners by supporting the progression of their recruitment mandates.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with candidates to provide a positive, transparent, and human-centered experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Produce recruitment-related reports and performance metrics as required.
- Support special projects related to talent acquisition and operational excellence based on team priorities.
- Perform any other related duties that contribute to the success of the team and its internal clients.
You are the ideal candidate if you possess:* 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR coordination, or a related role where process management and organizational skills were central responsibilities.
- A solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate experience.
- Strong proficiency with technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS), along with an interest in improving processes and ways of working.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- A collaborative and people-centered approach, with a genuine desire to create positive experiences for those encountered throughout the recruitment journey.
- Natural curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo, learn continuously, and propose improvements.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with a team.
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in creative, technology-driven, or fast-growing environments is considered an asset.
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
