Animal Health Technician - Heavy Breeder Farming

Status: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week)

Work Schedule: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Work Location: On the road

The Animal Health Technician supports farming teams in maintaining the health of livestock, animal well-being, and biosecurity. They work closely with the manager of heavy breeder farms and veterinary services to ensure the implementation of health programs and achievement of production goals.

*YOUR ROLE*

• Support and accompany farming teams in the field;
• Ensure the implementation of vaccination programs;
• Coordinate the samples required by veterinary services;
• Monitor and analyze productive and health parameters;
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity and animal well-being standards;
• Collaborate closely with veterinary services for livestock health monitoring;
• Maintain constant communication with various stakeholders;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of farm performance;
• Make frequent trips between farms;
• Perform any other tasks related to the position.

• You have experience in animal health and heavy breeder farming;
• You have experience with spray vaccination;
• You hold a valid driver's license;
• You are autonomous and reliable.
