What You Will Do

• Order the necessary materials related to farm production;
• Plan disinfection and cleaning of buildings;
• Plan repairs and modifications;
• Perform ventilation adjustments;
• Plan bird entries and exits in buildings;
• Communicate and follow up with subcontractor teams;
• Manage equipment breakdowns and repairs;
• Be present during bird releases;
• Know, raise awareness, and enforce current biosecurity rules;
• Conduct health and safety work tours;
• Manage seasonal tasks;
• Build and implement procedures;

Qualifications

• Hold a secondary or college-level professional education relevant to the field, with basic knowledge in agriculture and poultry farming;
• Have two (2) years of experience in agriculture and poultry farming (all equivalents will be considered);

• Action-oriented in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
• Mastery of time management and a sense of work organization while respecting bird needs and priorities;
• Ability to work and lead a team;
• Act as a mobilizer / team spirit;
• Must be available to respond to various alarms;
