Warehouse and Logistics Clerk

Infrasco designs and manufactures generic parts for fire alarm panels compatible with the main brands in the market. We stand out for the quality of our products, a simplified numbering system, and an extensive inventory that allows us to offer fast service to our clients across Canada.

We are growing and are looking for a reliable, versatile, and organized person to join our team.

Order Preparation and Shipping

• Prepare orders accurately
• Handle merchandise safely, including the use of a forklift when needed
• Pack, weigh, and prepare shipments
• Coordinate shipments and track with carriers
• Prepare transport and shipping documents on our digital platforms

Receiving and Quality Control

• Receive and inspect merchandise
• Ensure the compliance of received products
• Perform some product preparation tasks, including painting and packaging
• Maintain our quality standards at every step

Operational Support

• Participate in periodic inventories
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse
• Welcome and serve clients who visit in person
• Respond to some simple requests, including preparing quotes

Desired Profile

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team spirit
• Ability to work autonomously
• Familiarity with basic computer tools
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work

Preferred Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of one year of warehouse experience
• Forklift license

Languages

• French required
• Functional English
