Human Resources Technician - Part-Time (Cabico Coaticook)

A pivotal role in a great team

The selected person will contribute to the company's success by assuming the following responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire recruitment cycle for production positions, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and welcoming and onboarding new production employees;
• Perform administrative follow-ups related to personnel movements (hires, job changes, departures);
• Coordinate and support the organization of events, recognition initiatives, and recruitment events;
• Perform various administrative HR tasks and keep employee files up to date;
• Answer first-line employee questions and direct them to the right resources;
• Participate in various HR projects aimed at supporting the employee experience and organizational goals;
• Act as a resource person to support the link between employees, managers, and the HR team.

• You hold a DEC or AEC in human resources, business administration, or office administration;
• You can effectively communicate in English (to discuss with English-speaking employees and candidates);
