We are currently looking for an IT Technician to join our team in Trois-Rivières.

Main Functions:

• Installation, maintenance, repair, management, and optimization of various computer equipment used (computer, phone, UPS, switch, router, etc.);
• Management of user access, accounts, and various software used;
• Support for various applications;
• Participate in the company's continuous improvement projects

• Required Qualifications:
• DEC or AEC in Computer Science;
• Customer service-oriented;
• Demonstrate patience, initiative, and autonomy;
• Discretion and professionalism;
• Experience in technical support (office and infrastructure);
• Good knowledge of the Exchange and Outlook environment (account creation, access, and basic troubleshooting);
• Comfortable working with Windows platforms (Windows 11, Windows Server, and VmWare);
• Knowledge of the following computer equipment: printers, desktop and laptop computers, cell phones (iPhone is an asset);
• Experience with video conferencing and LAN, WAN, WiFi & Bluetooth networks;
• Ability to communicate in English orally is an asset.
