Under the responsibility of the Director of Supply Chain and Logistics, the Planner assists the executive team in implementing the strategic plan to achieve business objectives, while identifying and evaluating internal and external issues and risks. In this role, you will have a direct impact by ensuring effective and uninterrupted planning, thus guaranteeing the continuity of production and compliance with quality standards in manufacturing.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Develop the master production plan and schedule orders using computerized systems;
• Ensure clear communication of the master production plan to all internal departments;
• Coordinate production setup between the purchasing, quality control, and production departments to meet delivery deadlines;
• Execute the production plan by working closely with production management staff;
• Analyze the availability of material inputs to adjust the workload release plan accordingly and collaborate with the purchasing department to mitigate impacts on the production plan.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

What you bring

• Hold a DEC in administration or any other relevant qualification;
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
