What will you contribute to the team?

  • In your role, you will be called upon to:
  • Analyze maintenance data: Identify trends and root causes of failures to propose sustainable solutions.
  • Define and implement maintenance plans: Develop preventive and predictive programs based on manufacturer recommendations and best practices.
  • Manage risks and criticality: Assess the impact of failures on safety, production, and costs, and prioritize interventions.
  • Ensure inter-departmental coordination: Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to integrate reliability into design and planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency and performance of maintenance systems.
  • Train and sensitize: Accompany teams in the use of preventive and predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs): MTBF, MTTR, availability rate, etc.

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, combined with a minimum of five years of experience in an industrial environment.
