We are looking for a District Operations Manager located in Quebec.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for the organizational efficiency of the stores in terms of customer service standards compliance with NAPA, achieving financial objectives, and supporting the district's sales development efforts.

You will work in collaboration with store managers to ensure that operational improvement priorities are addressed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieving district objectives such as gross margins, customer service levels, and store compliance with NAPA's operating standards and procedures;
  • Coordinate the implementation of strategies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate stores;
  • Support store managers in budgeting, performance tracking, and report production.

To join our team, you must have, among other things

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills;
  • Bilingualism, French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with colleagues/clients across Canada in the course of your duties.
