Your Role

As an art consultant, you are an ambassador for the gallery. You contribute to offering a distinctive, warm, and professional customer experience while actively participating in sales, showcasing artworks, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the gallery.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and accompany customers with professionalism, tact, and enthusiasm
• Present artworks, artists, and collections in a clear, inspiring, and client-adapted manner
• Offer a personalized and meticulous experience, both in the gallery and in follow-ups
• Build lasting trust-based relationships with customers
• Actively contribute to sales and achieving objectives
• Participate in the setup of artworks and maintaining the visual quality of the gallery
• Collaborate on daily gallery operations, exhibitions, and events

Desired Profile

• Experience in sales or customer service, an asset
• Strong interest in art, design, and aesthetic environments
• Excellent French language skills, both spoken and written
• Functional or advanced English, depending on the position, to serve a diverse clientele
• Strong sense of service, initiative, and ability to build trust
• Neat appearance, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Comfort in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Availability according to retail business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort in performing certain physical tasks related to gallery operations
