TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MERCHANDISING

  • Organize store products and follow warehouse stock management processes.
  • Use portable terminals and MMS to perform daily tasks.

  • Act as an expert in designated product stock sectors, product placement, and expiration dates.
  • Maintain store standards regarding image and in-store trends.

RECEIVING

  • Maintain a clean and organized backroom warehouse according to backroom organization principles.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is completed regarding merchandise receiving and returns.
  • Assist the store manager and assistant manager in maintaining quality and standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Present a clean image to customers according to uniform policy and dress code.
  • Initiate greeting and assisting customers in the aisles.

GENERAL

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Adhere to all store standards.
  • Follow loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

SKILLS

  • Planning, judgment, and decision-making.
  • Efficiency, organization, and cleanliness.
  • Manage changing situations on the sales floor.
  • Cashier duties (if applicable) require accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders.

EXPERIENCE

  • Basic computer and cashier skills.

WORK CONDITIONS
