Within your team, your essential role will be

• to plan, organize, and control the operational activities and human resources of the photo service;
• to ensure the constant improvement of customer service;
• to maintain cleanliness and ensure an attractive image of the service;
• to maintain an adequate inventory level;
• to supervise the work of photo assistants and ensure the distribution of tasks;
• to ensure the training of staff under your supervision;
• to set sales targets and motivate your team.
