  • The offered position:

We are looking for a Regional Director, Engagement and Operations, who is both strategic and field-based, to lead and grow our presence in Quebec. This leadership role is responsible for the performance of the region – driving strategy, strengthening partnerships with clinics, and ensuring solid operational execution across programs and therapeutic areas.

As a regional leader, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, through active field presence and regular interactions with clinics and partners across the province. This is a highly visible, key role that combines strategic vision and hands-on involvement, enabling you to understand the market reality while supporting sustainable growth.

A day in the life of (what you will do here):

Drive regional strategy and performance

  • Define and implement the strategy for Quebec, in alignment with national priorities
  • Be accountable for the region's results (growth, engagement, operational performance)
  • Identify development opportunities with clinics, services, and therapeutic areas
  • Translate strategic directions into actionable plans with measurable outcomes

Be field present

  • Ensure regular clinic visits across Quebec
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and partners
  • Understand the realities, challenges, and opportunities specific to clinics
  • Use field learnings to adjust strategies and improve programs

Strengthen partnerships with clinics

  • Ensure the quality and sustainability of relationships with clinics
  • Intervene in more complex or strategic situations as needed
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience at every touchpoint
  • Anticipate and manage risks related to engagement or satisfaction

Ensure operational excellence

  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of programs and processes
  • Establish efficient and scalable ways of working to support growth
  • Identify pain points and propose concrete solutions
  • Oversee the deployment of new initiatives, services, or programs

Support PSP integration

  • Ensure good integration of patient support programs (PSP)
  • Collaborate closely with field case managers (FCM)
  • Improve the overall experience for clinics and patients
  • Ensure effective management of issues and follow-ups

Collaboration and influence

  • Work collaboratively with medical, PSP, business development, and leadership teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the region
  • Share field insights to support decision-making
  • Actively contribute to organizational initiatives

Performance tracking

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor trends in engagement, operations, and program performance
  • Present updates and recommendations to leadership
  • Foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement

What you need to succeed

  • Significant experience in leadership within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical engagement domain
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a regional strategy and deliver results
  • Strong field presence and comfort building personal relationships
  • Experience in program and operations optimization
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
  • Experience with patient support programs (PSP) is a plus
  • Availability to travel regularly across Quebec
