The Jeune Chambre de Victoriaville is looking for a passionate, dynamic, and mobilizing CEO to manage the organization and actively contribute to the development of the entrepreneurial youth in our region.

Under the authority of the board of directors, you will be at the heart of fulfilling our mission by ensuring the smooth operation of the organization, developing partnerships, and creating an exceptional experience for our members.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Jeune Chambre and implement the strategic plan;
  • Collaborate with the board of directors to ensure good governance and support decision-making;
  • Manage the finances, operations, and administrative obligations of the organization;
  • Develop and implement strategies for member recruitment, engagement, and retention;
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships and sponsorships;
  • Represent the Jeune Chambre to partners, members, and the business community to contribute to its visibility and network development;
  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure the success of the Jeune Chambre's networking, training, and event activities;
  • Supervise communications and contribute to the organization's visibility within the community;
  • Lead and mobilize the Jeune Chambre team.

Desired Profile

  • Mobilizing leadership, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education in administration, management, communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in management, partnership development, or within an organization (an asset).
  • Good knowledge of the entrepreneurial environment and the business youth (an asset).

What We Offer

  • Salary based on experience (30$ to 35$/hour).
