Web Commercial Agreement Buyer

To support the growth of our service offering and optimize our supplier partnerships, we are looking for a Web Commercial Agreement Buyer to join our procurement team. At the heart of managing commercial agreements and developing new product categories in direct delivery, you will play a key role in the evolution of our digital assortment and the efficiency of our operational processes. With your strategic sense, your rigor, and your ability to anticipate market trends, you will directly contribute to strengthening Canac's commercial performance and maintaining our leadership position in the industry.

You will be responsible for

• Ensuring the compliance and sustainability of Canac's commercial agreements, in collaboration with the buyer responsible for each category.
• Developing and negotiating commercial agreements covering products in direct delivery, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial and operational objectives.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities for product categories offered online only in direct delivery (drop ship), to support sales growth while maintaining the consistency and complementarity of the assortment.
• In collaboration with marketing and store operations, support the development and optimization of direct delivery processes to ensure operational efficiency and customer experience quality.
• Analyzing sales results to plan and execute various strategies related to the management of products sold directly;
• Conducting a constant market watch to ensure Canac remains a leader in the industry.

Your profile

• You hold a degree in administration, entrepreneurship, commerce management, or any relevant qualification for the position (required);
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (required);
• You have in-depth knowledge of the retail trade;
• You possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent decision-making skills based on multiple data points;
• You are accustomed to traveling and developing new business relationships with foreign suppliers;
• You have knowledge and/or interest in renovation and/or decoration products;
• You have an excellent sense of organization and priority management;
• You have advanced English language proficiency, both orally and in writing, due to the nature of the tasks or frequent interactions with various stakeholders outside Quebec, to meet the company's growth objectives.
• You are curious and enjoy being up-to-date with industry news and developments in the renovation industry.

Salary: Starting at $99,475.00 per year
