We are looking for a versatile and caring person driven by the desire to create beautiful experiences for our guests. As a commis, you will contribute to the preparation of the breakfast service, ensure the cleanliness of the work areas, and offer your support where your presence makes a real difference. With your sense of service and attention to detail, you will contribute to making each stay more enjoyable and memorable.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Organize cooking and prepare breakfast food according to the forecast sheet that takes into account the hotel's occupancy
• Clear the buffet, clean, set tables, and perform the dishwashing and setup of breakfast for the next day
• Provide valet and luggage assistance services to our guests as needed
• Deliver room service orders
• Participate in the development of the hotel's bar food offerings
• Perform various tasks of cleaning and restocking work areas
• Complete cleaning of the preparation kitchen at the end of the service
• Receive merchandise and conduct inventory as needed
• Support the different departments of the hotel

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
