Operations Assistant

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Operations Assistant participates in activities related to the operations of the facilities, mechanical rooms, buildings, and grounds to ensure the proper functioning of the site and thus promote the relaxation and well-being of the clientele.

Main Responsibilities

• Participate in the startup and follow-up of various installations upon opening and closing of the site (steam bath, sauna, relaxation areas, etc.)
• Proactively ensure the maintenance and impeccable cleanliness of the site by working in collaboration with other teams
• Guide the clientele through their thermal experience journey and, if necessary, communicate the rules and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant environment
• Monitor with your superiors any anomalies observed

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent
• Good physical abilities; ability to lift weights of 30 lbs and exceptionally 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, attention to detail, versatility, and proactivity
