Operating as a vallet/baggage handler, you will be attentive to the guests and their various requests. You play a key role at the hotel as you make the first contact with guests upon their arrival and the last upon their departure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome guests at the hotel entrance and open the door for them;
  • Take the car in charge in front of the establishment and drive it to the parking lot;
  • Take care of the guests' luggage and bring it to their room or to their car, as the case may be;
  • Answer guests' questions and explain the hotel services;
  • Offer attentive and personalized service at all times;
  • Perform any other tasks required to ensure the quality of the guests' experience during their stay at the hotel.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma in tourism or hospitality, an asset;
  • Possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the same or a similar position;
  • Possess a minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience;
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
  • Ability to drive a manual or automatic transmission vehicle;
  • Friendly;
  • Good sense of organization and priorities;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
