- NOTICE TO CANDIDATES
In accordance with current ministerial standards, this posting is reserved exclusively for personnel of health and social services establishments (HSSS) integrated into Santé Québec. According to current hiring restrictions, we will only communicate with candidates who meet these criteria.
Under the authority of the manager of integrated workplace presence management, the person holding this position performs a set of complex administrative and secretarial tasks that require in-depth knowledge of the legal framework for medical-administrative management of disabilities. They autonomously assist the head of service and the team of case management agents in the follow-up of administrative and professional functions.
- Performs administrative and professional tasks in support of the personnel management agent;
- Receives, processes, and distributes mail addressed to service members;
- Maintains and develops, at all times, a customer service attitude by establishing positive and professional relationships with external and internal clientele, providing service, support, information, and advice of quality to ensure satisfaction;
- Supports the placement agent in terms of information and accompaniment of employees throughout the qualification process of medical-administrative management of disabilities (wage insurance, SAAQ, CSST, IVAC);
- Observes directives regarding confidentiality and disclosure of information contained in the employee's disability file;
- Opens the medical file of service personnel and ensures the availability of all required computer accesses;
- Assumes tasks related to the administrative support responsibilities of the service;
- Transmits appropriate information to managers, replacement activities services, and the payroll service regarding the submission of a disability certificate;
- Ensures the entry of disability data and the registration of the basic regime leave in management software;
- Ensures the drafting and follow-up of the required correspondence according to the recommendations of the management agent and the indemnification regime;
- Verifies the accuracy of the amounts imputed to the employer's various financial files from monthly statements and CNESST contribution notices. Requests corrections as needed and challenges documents, if necessary;
- Completes the required Octopus from the required services or departments;
- Completes any related work as required by the task or requested by the manager.

Requirements
- Hold a high school diploma;
- Have good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel);
- Have relevant experience in a customer service field would be an asset;
- Have experience in the function within the health and social services network would be an asset;
- Successfully complete the selection process (test and interview) in line with the skills required to occupy the position.
- Additional Note:
The base of operations will be determined based on the selected person's place of residence, at one of our Bas-Saint-Laurent facilities. Although remote work may be authorized, the selected person will need to ensure punctual presence in our facilities to meet operational and team collaboration needs.
