What will you contribute to the team?
- Lead and facilitate process improvement and problem-solving projects, using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, and DMAIC to identify and eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement and focus on achieving targeted outcomes
- Map processes and perform value stream analysis to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies
- Develop training strategies and solutions with stakeholders that will increase team knowledge in performance management, providing value to our customers and eliminating waste
- Be the expert who engages the organization to embrace change and develop the organization to ensure that the Operational Excellence approach is the fundamental way to manage company performance and alignment with business objectives
- Develop project or initiative timelines and ensure adherence to these timelines during execution
- Foster a process-driven approach that instills a culture of standardization and execution through effective use of processes, aligned performance indicators (KPIs), and appropriate infrastructure
How will you thrive in this role?
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in the field of continuous improvement and are a Kaizen project specialist
- You have a degree in an engineering or operations/management discipline
- You are recognized as a leader with strong change management experience
- You are an expert facilitator with a great capacity for influence
- You hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferably) or Green Belt certification (required)
- You are bilingual (French and English)
