Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will supervise, organize, and control the administration services. They will participate in the management of the residence and support the general management in assisting the residence managers to achieve the objectives and maintain and improve the quality of services. They will also act as a substitute for the General Manager when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in a management position or service company
• Demonstrate Chartwell's RESPECT values
• Leadership skills
• Results-oriented
• Supervisory capacity (XX employees)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• High availability and flexibility in scheduling (weekends according to the rotation established with the management team)
• Proficiency in Office Suite
