We are looking for a passionate person in fashion and management to help lead our Ste-Foy store. What You Will Do

• Maximize store performance through effective staff training and management of all operational aspects of the store;
• Operate the store to optimize sales and encourage employees to meet their sales targets;
• Assist the manager in recruitment, hiring, and training a highly effective and productive sales team;
• Ensure the merchandise is presented attractively, in accordance with established guidelines;
• Ensure that merchandise care and maintenance standards are met;
• Contribute to team motivation;
• Continuously apply and enforce internal rules and policies to prevent losses.
